Family Partnerships

Rosemount Center values its partnerships with parents and views this as a collaborative process where mutual trust is established between families and the Center's staff.  Soon after enrollment in Rosemount's program, family goals, strengths, and necessary services are identified through the Family Partnership Agreement process.

Rosemount provides community services and resources to respond to each family's interests and goals. Rosemount facilitates services through referrals and/or direct access to community organizations.

Families have the opportunity to engage and participate in classroom activities, meetings, trainings, and educational activities throughout the year.  Parents are encouraged to be engaged in their child's education.  Early Head Start parents have the opportunity to be a part of the Parents Policy Council.  Meetings of this council are held monthly and parents take part in policy-making decisions.
