We at Rosemount Center recognize the importance of protecting your privacy. The purpose of this notice is to explain the practices and procedures we implement to protect your personal information, the way we use this information, and the choices you can make regarding our of your personal information. Rosemount Center reserves the right to change this policy at any time. You may browse Rosemount Center’s website without submitting personal information. However, if you choose to register for a conference or event or participate in a fundraiser, you will be asked for applicable personal data such as your name, postal address, email address, phone number, fax number and payment information. Personal information is not shared.

Payment Policy

Payment information, such as credit card number and expiration date, is entered when making a donation or paying for a conference, professional education or an event. Should you have any questions regarding your payment, contact our customer service team using the phone number on the bottom of this page. Rosemount Center uses Authorize.net as a third-party intermediary to process your online donations and payments. Your credit card information is encrypted when submitted to the processor and transmitted over a secure connection between your computer and our server using Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard, to ensure protection of your private information. This sensitive personal information is not shared with third parties other than the processor. Your credit card information is not stored or retained for future use.

Refund Policy

All refund requests must be received at least two weeks prior to the conference, event or fundraiser for which payment is being made. The full amount paid minus a $25 processing fee will be refunded. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Those who paid by check will be refunded by check. No credits / refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 14 days before the conference, event, or fundraiser. All cancellations must be sent in writing via fax or regular mail and include the payees name, address, and phone number.

Tell A Friend

In order to further our mission we offer a feature on our website that enables you to refer friends to our website. This feature requires that you enter your name and email address and the name and email address of the recipient(s). Rosemount Center stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.

Rosemount Center’s Store and Product Promotions

Rosemount Center’s store and product promotions are operated on external sites owned by third parties. When you click on a link to Rosemount Center’s store or to a production promotion, you are leaving maternalchildhealth.org and entering the site of a third party. We are not responsible for goods, services, returns/refunds, or delivery of such goods. Refer to third party’s policies as listed on their website. Please click on the “Privacy Policy” link at the bottom of the store website to view the privacy policy followed by our third party providers. Rosemount Center may receive product sales reports that contain your personal information such as name, quantity ordered, e-mail address and postal address. Rosemount Center never receives credit card numbers from third party sites.
