Contributions to Rosemount Center: Rosemount Center, a 501(c)(3) organization, has an organized development effort, led by a volunteer Board of Directors development committee and three full-time development staff members:

Annual Fund: Donations through this fund help pay for enrichment activities and supplies such as extra formula and diapers, library books, art supplies, computer software, toys for playground, field trips, and more. Benefit Events:

• Rosemount Center, through the House of Mercy, benefits from the Thrift Shop Charities and the Washington Antiques Show.
• Rosemount Center also hosts an annual community fiesta and silent auction.

Capital Gifts: With contributions from donors, gifts from the House of Mercy and a significant loan, Rosemount Center recently completed a $6.3 million building renovation. Capital gifts at this time help re-pay the debt and provide needed equipment for our beautiful new space. Honor and Memorial Gifts: We accept gifts to honor friends and gifts in memory of a loved one. Gifts may be restricted for a particular purpose. Please call the development office for more information.

• Combined Federal Campaign- Rosemount is participating in the Combined Federal Campaign of the National Capital Area and is designated as a "Local Agency." (Rosemount # 46388)

• Marketable securities are accepted. Please call the development office for more information
• Tangible personal property is accepted if it is useful to the Center's program or can be readily resold. Please see here for a wish list of inkind donations.
  
• Gifts of Life Insurance: Rosemount will accept gifts of life insurance, both when the donor contributes an existing policy or when the donor pays for a new policy provided that the Center is both the owner and beneficiary of the policy. 
  
• Bequests: Rosemount will accept bequests, including those for a specific amount, for a percentage of the donor’s residual estate, or for a fraction of the donor’s residual estate.
